Our Social Enterprise, ACE Popcorn, reached a huge milestone as it attended its first event since ACE Popcorn launched as a brand.

ACE Popcorn is a social enterprise established by Autism East Midlands to help autistic individuals find employment and create a flexible, comfortable working environment.

At this first event in Chesterfield, which was an internal event for another business, our Production Assistants got their first taste of selling to the public, after working hard behind-the-scenes to hand-craft every piece of popcorn to perfection.

Our Production Assistants did an amazing job, selling over 40 bags in total of hand-crafted popcorn to members of the public.

We were so proud of their enthusiasm and how engaged they were throughout the event.
